One of the initiatives by FIFA to develop football grounds all over India is KSFA Stadium Football Ground. The FIFA standard artificial turf is inspected by the Dr Eric Harrison, Consultant and Technical Expert of the FIFA Quality Concept for football turfs.
The artificial turf is laid by Acosa Sports Infrastructure Services with a view to develop world class playing surface which caters to young budding talent and give a platform for the professional players to better their performance.
I-League matches are played on this ground and have received excellent response by the players and facility managers.
